Many of our customers who first shopped with other builders tell us that they were originally lured-in by our competition’s low “Base Pricing”.

This Base Pricing includes only the absolute cheapest materials, limited features and no lot improvements such as (septic, well, sewer, utilities, driveway etc…) Also, most production builders hire the absolute cheapest help they can find and that's the quality of work that you will get if you build with them, hence the call-backs and complaints. Truthfully, most builders make their money on options, upgrades and change orders, so when customers added the options or features to the home that they truly wanted, the final price of the home ended up being substantially more than the advertised “Base” price, their choices were extremely limited, and they were charged highly inflated prices for upgrades on items such as flooring, cabinets, countertops and so on. All Seasons Homes does not have “Base” pricing. We work with you from the beginning to get you the options and features built into the price of the home from the start.  Customers also stated that many of our competitors only build the home itself and they make the owner totally responsible for installing their own culvert, driveway, septic, well and utilities. All Seasons Homes does not expect our customers to be responsible for all of these items, but we do like you to be involved. For example, some customers assist us in finding the best quote for their septic or well installation. Furthermore, when we quote you a price we will honor it with no hidden upcharges and we will include pricing for everything needed to build your home or as you request / no games, no gimmicks, and no sneaky tactics!
